The Scuba Diver course is the first optional level for recreational diving. The course includes about 6 hours of theory work and 3 dives in the sea, meaning it is roughly half the length of the Open Water Diver course. It is designed to last just two days.
An optional first recreational diving course. The course includes about 6 hours of theory work and 3 dives in the sea, meaning it is roughly half the length of the Open Water Diver course. It is designed to last just two days.
Part of the theory lessons can be followed online. After completing the course, you can dive to depths of up to 12 metres as long as you are accompanied by an underwater diving guide or similarly qualified diver. It is an optional first course, or you can go directly to the Open Water Diver course.
You can carry out this course if you are at least 10 years old.
